3. Terms of purchase and use of services for “Tracce” and “Traces” iPad app
Users may purchase single copies or annual subscriptions to the magazine Tracce and/or to the magazine Traces by using the iTunes payment system operated directly by Apple Inc. The cost of services will be charged to user upon purchase made by using this system.
At the time of the purchase of a subscription, the automatic annual renewal upon expiration of the relevant subscription period is activated. Accordingly, upon expiration customer will be automatically charged for a renewal of the subscription. Customer may activate/deactivate this automatic renewal at any time directly from customer’s iTunes profile.
Customer is authorized to use the services for personal use only.
4. Liability and warranties
By accessing the website and its services, reader undertakes:
a. not to use the website or any material contained in it for illegal purposes.
b. not to use the website in such a manner as to interrupt, damage or render it less efficient, either integrally or in part, or as to damage in any way the effectiveness or the functionality thereof;
